Refund and Returns Policy

1. Cancellations permitted only before the cut-off time (5 Hours) after placing the order.

2. No cancellation of orders will be possible post processing of the order.

3. Five Star Janta’s will not be liable for any delays in delivery after the order has been shipped from our facility.

4. In any case of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, the payment amount will be refunded to the same payment source.

5. If Five Star Janta suspects any fraudulent transaction or transactions violating the terms of website use, Five Star Janta is at sole discretion to cancel such orders. Further such accounts/ customers will be denied access to the use or purchase of products from the website.
